Philippine Economic Society (PES)
The Philippine Economic Society (PES) is now accepting paper abstracts and session proposals as it is set to hold its 64th Annual Meeting and Conference on 13 November 2026 at Novotel Manila Araneta City, Quezon City with the theme “Navigating Disruptions: Philippine Institutions, Markets, and ASEAN Cooperation Amidst Global Conflicts.”
In addition, the PES will host the 49th Federation of ASEAN Economic Associations (FAEA) Conference on 14 November 2026 at the same venue, with the theme “Progressing Toward a Shared ASEAN Future: The Role of Innovation, Institutions, and Inclusive Markets.”
These back-to-back conferences will feature distinguished keynote speakers, high-level policy panels, and academic sessions showcasing research on how Philippine institutions, markets, and governance structures can better respond to global disruptions, as well as how ASEAN cooperation can be leveraged to strengthen regional resilience.
