Individual Membership

Who can become a PES member?

Individuals 21 years of age or older who have obtained at least a bachelor’s degree in economics or who, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees, have shown sufficient familiarity and understanding of the science of economics to warrant admission to the Society

Membership Fees

Lifetime Membership Php 12,000      
Annual Membership (renewal)* Php 1,800 This discounted rate is effective only until 31 December 2022; afterwards, the regular rate of Php 2,000 will apply.   
Annual Membership (new member)     Php 2,000  
Graduate Student Membership Php 500  

* Note: The discounted rate for annual membership renewal is only for PES members who had paid their membership dues for the year 2022, and are renewing their membership for 2023.

All annual regular and student membership fees paid until 30 September 2023 are effective until 31 December 2023.

Send a clear copy of your deposit slip, the accomplished membership form, and a valid student ID or proof of enrollment (for student membership applicants) to pes.eaea@gmail.com.

Cash payment

Visit us at 2/F Philippine Social Science Center, Commonwealth Ave., Diliman, Quezon City to register and pay by cash. You may also register and pay by cash during PES events such as conferences, fora, and symposia. Student membership applicants must present their valid student ID or proof of enrollment.
